Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,712 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF15, CDC25A, and UBE2T. Each is linked with RNF20 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF20-to-partner and partner-to-RNF20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF20 versus KIF15 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
