RNF20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,962 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH11, DENND10, and TIPIN. Each is linked with RNF20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF20-to-partner and partner-to-RNF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH11 grouped by RNF20-low versus RNF20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
