RNF20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Notch1, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with RNF20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF20-to-partner and partner-to-RNF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by RNF20-low versus RNF20-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
