RNF20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,060 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTNL3, ISX, and TDGF1. Each is linked with RNF20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF20-to-partner and partner-to-RNF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTNL3 grouped by RNF20-low versus RNF20-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
