RNF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,793 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, C1orf35, and CAMSAP2. Each is linked with RNF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF2-to-partner and partner-to-RNF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF2 versus POGZ in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
