Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,027 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHTOP, SPRTN, and UCK2. Each is linked with RNF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF2-to-partner and partner-to-RNF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF2 versus CHTOP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
