Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,396 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with RNF2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF2-to-partner and partner-to-RNF2 results are reported.
