Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF187 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF187 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher RNF187 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF187 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LSCC, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where RNF187 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
