Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF187 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,905 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF187-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-267P, CLEC11A, and ZDHHC20P1. Each is linked with RNF187 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF187-to-partner and partner-to-RNF187 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF187 versus RNU6-267P in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF187→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF187) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
