RNF186

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF186 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,197 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF186-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF2, CEP170_S881, and CLMN. Each is linked with RNF186 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF186-to-partner and partner-to-RNF186 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF186 versus ARHGEF2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF186→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF186) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
