RNF185

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF185 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,856 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF185-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4ENIF1, KIAA1671, and MTMR3_S647. Each is linked with RNF185 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF185-to-partner and partner-to-RNF185 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF185 versus EIF4ENIF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF185→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF185) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
