Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF185 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF185-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJA6P, RN7SL210P, and RNA5SP478. Each is linked with RNF185 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF185-to-partner and partner-to-RNF185 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJA6P grouped by RNF185-low versus RNF185-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF185→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF185) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
