Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF185 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,623 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF185-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle transport along microtubule, Endosomal transport, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with RNF185 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF185-to-partner and partner-to-RNF185 results are reported.
