RNF183

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF183 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF183-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX3P1X, RNA5SP408, and RNU6-1321P. Each is linked with RNF183 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF183-to-partner and partner-to-RNF183 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX3P1X grouped by RNF183-low versus RNF183-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF183→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF183) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
