Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF181 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,585 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF181-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEX19, BIRC6, and SMYD5. Each is linked with RNF181 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF181-to-partner and partner-to-RNF181 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF181 versus PEX19 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF181→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF181) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
