Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF181 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,576 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF181-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Meiotic chromosome condensation, and DNA replication proofreading. Each is linked with RNF181 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF181-to-partner and partner-to-RNF181 results are reported.
