RNF180

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF180 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,029 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF180-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHCR24, VCAN, and ILK. Each is linked with RNF180 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF180-to-partner and partner-to-RNF180 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF180 versus DHCR24 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF180→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
