Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF180 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,499 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF180-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, GRK3, and SH3BP1. Each is linked with RNF180 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF180-to-partner and partner-to-RNF180 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF180 versus MAPK1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF180→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
