RNF180

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF180 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,671 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF180-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD28, YLPM1, and MYO5C. Each is linked with RNF180 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF180-to-partner and partner-to-RNF180 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD28 grouped by RNF180-low versus RNF180-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF180→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
