The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNF175 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF175 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNF175 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
