Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF175 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,034 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF175-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLR2, APBB1IP, and HCLS1. Each is linked with RNF175 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF175-to-partner and partner-to-RNF175 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF175 versus TLR2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF175→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF175) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
