The most reproducible RNF175-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion transport, Protein folding, and Potassium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with RNF175 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF175-to-partner and partner-to-RNF175 results are reported.
