Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF170 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF170 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNF170 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF170 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where RNF170 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
