RNF170

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF170 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,146 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF170-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLB, HOOK3, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with RNF170 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF170-to-partner and partner-to-RNF170 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF170 versus POLB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF170→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF170) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
