RNF170

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF170 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF170-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMELESS, PTTG1, and SLC20A2. Each is linked with RNF170 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF170-to-partner and partner-to-RNF170 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF170 versus TIMELESS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF170→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF170) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
