Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF170 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,526 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF170-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interkinetic nuclear migration, Vacuole organization, and ERAD pathway. Each is linked with RNF170 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF170-to-partner and partner-to-RNF170 results are reported.
