RNF168

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF168 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF168-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK2, FXR1, and GMPS. Each is linked with RNF168 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF168-to-partner and partner-to-RNF168 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF168 versus PAK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF168→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF168) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
