RNF168

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF168 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF168-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RNF168 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF168-to-partner and partner-to-RNF168 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by RNF168-low versus RNF168-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF168→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF168) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
