Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF168 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,353 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF168-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA repair-dependent chromatin remodeling, Maintenance of centrosome location, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with RNF168 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF168-to-partner and partner-to-RNF168 results are reported.
