The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNF166 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF166 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and KIRP are the cancer types where RNF166 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
