RNF166

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF166 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF166-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, NF1, and TTN. Each is linked with RNF166 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF166-to-partner and partner-to-RNF166 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by RNF166-low versus RNF166-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF166→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF166) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
