Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF166 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF166-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a and Tuberin. Each is linked with RNF166 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF166-to-partner and partner-to-RNF166 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a grouped by RNF166-low versus RNF166-high in UCEC.
