The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNF165 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF165 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where RNF165 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
