RNF165

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF165 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,297 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF165-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP4, SOX6_S411, and SOX6_S454. Each is linked with RNF165 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF165-to-partner and partner-to-RNF165 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF165 versus RBBP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF165→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF165) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
