RNF165

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF165 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,892 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF165-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCD5, C18orf25, and HR. Each is linked with RNF165 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF165-to-partner and partner-to-RNF165 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF165 versus SCD5 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF165→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF165) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
