RNF165

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF165 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 173 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF165-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RY10, GRPEL1, and RIC8B. Each is linked with RNF165 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF165-to-partner and partner-to-RNF165 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P2RY10 grouped by RNF165-low versus RNF165-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF165→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF165) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
