RNF157

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF157 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF157-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with RNF157 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF157-to-partner and partner-to-RNF157 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by RNF157-low versus RNF157-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF157→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF157) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
