The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RNF152 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF152 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PAAD, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNF152 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
