RNF151

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF151 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF151-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, SLC1A5, and Tuberin. Each is linked with RNF151 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF151-to-partner and partner-to-RNF151 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by RNF151-low versus RNF151-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF151→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF151) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
