RNF151

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF151 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,603 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF151-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell morphogenesis, Mitochondrial tRNA wobble uridine modification, and Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with RNF151 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF151-to-partner and partner-to-RNF151 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell morphogenesis grouped by RNF151-low versus RNF151-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF151→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF151) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
