Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF150 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF150 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNF150 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF150 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNF150 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
