RNF150

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF150 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,395 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF150-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC6L2, RBFOX2, and HERC1. Each is linked with RNF150 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF150-to-partner and partner-to-RNF150 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF150 versus ERCC6L2 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF150→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF150) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
