RNF150

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF150 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,467 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF150-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALM, CLPX, and FERMT2. Each is linked with RNF150 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF150-to-partner and partner-to-RNF150 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF150 versus PALM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF150→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF150) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
