Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF150 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 535 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF150-associated genes across cancer lineages are FERMT1, ASIP, and CST4. Each is linked with RNF150 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF150-to-partner and partner-to-RNF150 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF150 versus FERMT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF150→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF150) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
