RNF149

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF149 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,177 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF149-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, Regulation of membrane protein ectodomain proteolysis, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RNF149 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF149-to-partner and partner-to-RNF149 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process grouped by RNF149-low versus RNF149-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF149→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF149) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
