RNF148

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF148 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,903 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF148-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CADPS2, CADPS2_S58, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with RNF148 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF148-to-partner and partner-to-RNF148 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF148 versus CADPS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF148→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF148) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
