Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF141 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF141 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNF141 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF141 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNF141 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
