Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF141 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,197 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF141-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOLLIP, CTR9, and BCL11A. Each is linked with RNF141 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF141-to-partner and partner-to-RNF141 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF141 versus TOLLIP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF141→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF141) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
