Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF141 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,151 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF141-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with RNF141 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF141-to-partner and partner-to-RNF141 results are reported.
