Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF14 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher RNF14 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, GBM, and COAD are the cancer types where RNF14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
